It would pay buyers looking for a serious horse to review the passed in Per Incanto lots at the recent Ready to Run Sale, no matter the vendors expectations.
With over $3 million in the kitty and hopefully more to come, Gringotts looks pretty cheap after been passed in for a reserve of $450,000 at the 2021 RTR sale, while on Saturday at Ellerslie, Twain, pictured, a passing at his reserve of $200,000 at the 2022 RTR sale, once again showed his class when winning his 4th race from just six starts with an outstanding performance to win over 1100 m with 60Kgs.
Now raced by his breeders Elizabeth and Peter Martin, the 4YO gelding is doing a fantastic job of attempting to get a start in the Group 1 Railway, a race that his mother Fleur De Lune won and a race that the Per Incanto mare Santa Monica triumphed in in 2019.
Twain was one of seven winners for Per Incanto this last week.
LA are delighted to offer a full sister to Twain on behalf of the Martins in the Book 1 catalogue at Karaka this January
